Go Tints Refund & Replacement Policy

All Go Tints 3D and 4D lettered number plates are custom-made to your chosen registration and specifications.

Customised orders

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on personalised number plates. The standard 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply to these customised products.

Please check your registration, plate size, lettering style and other selections carefully before ordering. Where we have correctly produced your order using the details you supplied, customer input errors do not qualify for a free replacement or refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect plates

Please inspect your plates on arrival and report any faults, damage or mistakes within 7 days of delivery, wherever possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Email enquiries@go-tints.co.uk with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the affected plate and the fault or damage.

• Photographs of the packaging if the order arrived damaged.

Once the issue is confirmed from your photographic evidence, we will provide a replacement free of charge if you choose this remedy. If photographs do not show the issue clearly, we may arrange an inspection or return at our expense.

The seven-day reporting request helps us resolve issues quickly. It does not remove your rights if a fault is reported later.

Damage after delivery

We do not provide free replacements for damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage or alterations after delivery, or for normal wear and tear.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law. If your plates are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. This includes the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. You are not required to accept a replacement where you have a legal right to a refund.
